Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused

• Unwashed

• In original packaging

• With original tags attached

If it looks just like it did when it arrived, perfect! To initiate a return request, please contact us at service@miozing.com

Please note that returns must be authorized before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom products (including special orders or personalized items)

• All sale / clearanceitems

Return Timeframes

• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that financial institutions may require additional processing time.
